Recognition for Innovation and Leadership at Women in Power 2026 Gala

Hannelore Valkanov, representative of Syswin Solutions, was honored at the Women in Power 2026 Gala, organized by Business Magazin on March 23.

We see this distinction as a strong validation of the direction we continue to build every day: applied technological solutions, integrated into real operational environments and measured through concrete results. For us, innovation is not only about developing new technology, but about creating practical tools that improve efficiency, decision-making, and long-term sustainability across industries.

Syswin Solutions is a Romanian applied research and development (R&D) company, active since 2013. We design and develop both hardware components and scalable software platforms entirely in-house, supported by a team of approximately 30 engineers and specialists. To date, we have invested more than 7 million euros in innovation, transforming concepts into real implementations across agriculture, gaming, industrial monitoring, and IoT infrastructure.

This year’s theme, “Under Pressure, but in Control,” reflects the reality of modern business environments—complex operational contexts where decisions must be fast, precise, and supported by measurable outcomes.

This recognition motivates us to continue building technologies that create real impact, support better decisions, and generate long-term value for our partners and industries.
